Our TC Services
• Prepare MLS listings and all disclosures.
• Send out introductory emails and contact sheets to all parties.
• Create your file in Skyslope and ensure all documents are in compliance.
• Gather and send out all documents, and collect signatures from all clients and involved parties.
• Manage all time sensitive material and deadlines.
• Open Escrow and title files, follow up with agents to ensure a smooth close.
• Create amends if needed or anything you ask.
• Order pictures to be taken of property with professional photographers if needed
• Set up and arrange closings.
• Send you an itemized list of what is missing and try to obtain any missing docs on Agent’s behalf.
• Make sure you are paid at closing.
