My name is Rhonda Lombardi, a born and raised Denver, Colorado native. When I am not working, which is rare, I am making each day count by creating memories with my wonderful family. My primary goal in life is to be the best version of myself and make each day count, living by the mantra "You only live once." I give back to my community and am a strong advocate for our veterans and our homeless.

After being in banking for 21 years, I took a new path and acquired my real estate license. That led me to start my own business as a Licensed Transaction Coordinator. I have now been doing that for many blessed years and working alongside the agents in this business is what I love to do. Representing my agents in the best manner possible and maintaining the back office is something I take great pride in. While also ensuring everything goes smoothly and helping to alleviate any stress possible on all parties. Having worked on thousands of transactions alongside over 100 agents, my love and passion for this business has only grown.

Hello, I am Laura Sharp, adventure lover, proud Military Spouse and mother to two fantastic children. Prior to becoming a Certified Transaction Coordinator and working with Reliance TCS, I owned and operated three successful small businesses all with a focus on detailed support of clients achieving their goals and dreams.

I came to Reliance TCS to do an internship and receive training shortly after obtaining my Certification in 2021 and never left. MY focus as the Operations and Compliance Manager is to ensure every file follows the necessary guidelines provided by the Agents back office to close in a timely and efficient manner. After working in Several systems and brokerages, I have found a niche for exactly what is expected and needed from each.

Hi, I'm Mallory Ayres. Wife and mother of three. I've been with Reliance TCs since July of 2022 and work with the best. We take immense pride in the work we put out and the relationships we develop with our clients along the way. 

As the Closing Coordinator and Executive Administrative Assistant, I ensure not only are all deadlines met, paperwork is correct but also ensure the closing process is as smooth as possible. I enjoy working closely with our title companies and agents to make sure that when you're at the closing table, all that you and your clients have to worry about is closing the deal and celebrating their next chapter. 

Hello, I am Amanda Ball, beach lover, mom to two amazing daughters and a Military Spouse. I have worked in real estate for six years from Title Company to a Certified Loan Signing Agent and a licensed notary. I find joy in helping people on their new adventure in finding a home. 

As an Intake Coordinator for Reliance TCS I start all listings and transactions as they come in. I make sure all introduction emails are sent, each contract is fully executed, all deadlines are set and start each file in the systems for each brokerage.
